Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Acquisition Specialist, based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and acquiring sites for telecom towers, negotiating leases and agreements, coordinating with teams on site development and compliance, and ensuring alignment with radio frequency (RF) requirements. The selected candidate will also maintain strong communication with stakeholders and ensure all processes adhere to regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications
- Should have Sales experience.
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
- Building Permission
- Site Acquisition
- Ability to meet deadlines, solve problems, and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of local regulations, permitting, and zoning is advantageous
- Any Bachelor's degree.
