Location: Integrated Baranj Open Cast Mine (IBOCM), Chandrapur, Maharashtra
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹25,000/month (Take Home)
Facilities: Food & Accommodation provided
Shifts: 3 Shift Operations (Rotational)
Reporting To: Head Office Accounts / Management
Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting (Shift-wise)
Maintain shift-wise expense records
Record diesel, cash, and all site-related expenses
Maintain vouchers and supporting documents properly
Fuel & Expense Control
Track diesel issuance and consumption on a daily basis
Coordinate with Fuel In-Charge for reconciliation
Identify abnormal usage or discrepancies
Worker & Wage Handling
Maintain shift-wise attendance records
Support wage calculation and Worker payments
Ensure proper documentation and records
Compliance Support
Maintain records related to GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with Head Office for filings and compliance
Reporting
Prepare daily expense reports
Track diesel consumption reports
Submit weekly and monthly summaries to management
Reporting & Coordination with Head Office
Submit all financial and operational reports to Head Office on a regular basis
Share expense, fuel, and Worker data accurately and on time
Coordinate for accounts finalization and compliance activities
Ensure transparency and proper documentation at all times
Candidate Requirements
2–4 years of accounting experience (site experience preferred)
Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
Ability to work independently in site conditions
Willingness to work in shift-based environment
