About the role

You would be specifically responsible for promoting the SITA SafetyCube product in the assigned territory.The position is based in Asia Pacific but it is expected that this individual will also support activities in Middle East and Africa.SafetyCube is a Safety and Compliance Management Software for the aerospace industry (serving Airlines, OEM, ANSP…) that provides a practical solution for the operators having to comply with the new Safety Management System's ICAO regulation. This software is the only one that has been specifically designed for this purpose and is based on the main industry standards for Risk and Safety (Bow-tie, ADREP, etc.).It has to date more than 50 customers.The mission will be to manage the commercial growth of the product,and identify key prospects,building on the current geographical footprint.This role will report to Senior Manager Business Development. WHAT YOU'LL DO •Coordinate closely with colleagues on promoting SafetyCube to existing and new customers •Develop and maintain detailed information on key decision makers within prospect organizations and follow-up on action plans •Act as subject matter expert in discussions with customers •Contribute to marketing presentations and material •Identify and optimize participation to key industry events •Keep informed of competitors, developments and trends in assigned region •Be on the lookout for and entertain potential strategic partnerships •Coordinate responses to RFPs when applicable •Coordinate presentations, demos, trials and sales proposals to prospects •Report on commercial activities (weekly sales review, monthly reports) •Deliver millions of dollars of yearly business growth. This is a commercial role, and strong technical background is also required. •Working with all relevant stakeholders to develop the solution target market, the value proposition and the differentiators •Promoting value and benefit of the solutions/product to customers •Acting as an authority to advise customers on safety management software •Identifying customer needs/drivers and providing feedback to Product Teams about solution requirements, issues and challenges to drive the market •Managing and maintaining excellent business relationships with local partners in assigned region.
