Role Description The SIS Officer role at SIS Group Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Raigarh. The SIS Officer is responsible for supervising security operations at client premises, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. Daily tasks include monitoring access control, overseeing security personnel, conducting regular patrolling and inspections, and documenting incidents or irregularities. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams, responding promptly to security breaches or emergencies, and supporting investigations by gathering and reporting accurate information. The SIS Officer also assists with training guards on security protocols, maintaining discipline and grooming standards, and ensuring that all security equipment is functional and properly used.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in security operations, facility management support, or related roles, preferably in a structured or corporate environment.
- Strong observation, incident reporting, and documentation skills, with the ability to follow and enforce standard operating procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and supervisors in routine and emergency situations.
- Basic understanding of security systems and tools (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms) and willingness to learn new technologies used by SIS.
- Ability to work in shifts, stay calm under pressure, and respond quickly and responsibly to security incidents or emergencies.
- Minimum educational qualification as per local regulatory requirements; prior service in defense/paramilitary/security forces is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Physically fit, with the ability to stand, patrol, and perform site inspections as required by the role.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset aligned with SIS Group Enterprises’ standards and policies.
