Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a SIS - Luxury Beauty Advisor. The Luxury Beauty Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and providing expert product knowledge to customers. They will assist in retail sales, promote the brand's skincare and beauty products, and ensure an elevated shopping experience aligned with the luxury positioning of Kimirica.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Cosmetology and Skin Care, with the ability to provide expertise in beauty and wellness products.
- Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills to deliver personalized luxury experiences to clients.
- Experience in Retail Sales and a proven ability to drive results through excellent customer interactions.
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of luxury Product offerings to guide customer purchase decisions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with prior experience as a beauty advisor or in luxury retail being a plus.
