Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a SIS - Beauty Advisor located in New Delhi. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating expert knowledge about skincare and beauty products, and offering tailored recommendations based on individual customer needs. The role also includes assisting with retail sales, educating customers on product applications, and maintaining an inviting, well-organized retail space.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cosmetology and Skin Care essentials
- Thorough Product Knowledge to guide and educate customers
- Strong skills in Customer Service and creating positive customer experiences
- Experience in Retail Sales and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and work collaboratively with team members
- Previous experience in luxury or skincare brands is a bonus
- Candidates with certifications or training in beauty, skincare, or related fields will have an advantage
