Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a SIS (Shop-in-Shop) Beauty Advisor based in Gurugram. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for engaging with customers to provide tailored recommendations on products, delivering high-quality customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, offering beauty consultations, and educating customers on skincare and wellness solutions. The Beauty Advisor will also maintain product displays, ensure a pleasant shopping experience, and support store operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Cosmetology and Skin Care
- Strong understanding of Product Knowledge and the ability to explain product benefits effectively
- Proven skills in Customer Service and providing a positive shopping experience
- Experience in Retail Sales and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for wellness, sustainability, and self-care products
- Prior experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in cosmetology or related fields are advantageous
