Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a SIS Beauty Advisor. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, offering expert advice on skincare and beauty products, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Key responsibilities include understanding and demonstrating product features, managing retail displays, guiding customers in choosing suitable products, and driving product sales. You will also ensure store cleanliness and maintain stock levels.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cosmetology and a deep understanding of Skin Care practices
- Strong Product Knowledge, with the ability to explain formulations and benefits to customers
- Customer Service skills to provide personalized recommendations and build positive relationships
- Experience in Retail Sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Educational background in beauty therapy or skincare is a plus
- Previous experience in the beauty or wellness industry is an advantage
