Job Title: Migration Support Analyst

What You’ll Do
- Support the Migration Lead in executing data migration activities on Sirion CLM implementations.
- Assist with legacy contract extraction, data cleansing, and preparation of migration-ready data sets
- Perform field mapping exercises and document transformation rules under the guidance of the Migration Lead
- Execute data loads using Sirion's import tooling and conduct validation/reconciliation checks against source data
- Log and track data quality issues; coordinate with client teams to obtain clarifications and corrections
- Support cutover activities including dry runs, final loads, and post-migration validation
Preferred Experience & Attributes:
- 1–3 years of experience in CLM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS implementations;
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or basic scripting preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a big picture perspective
- Ability to manage and effectively balance multiple clients and systems designs
