About the role

This is a high-touch, fast-paced role for someone who can lead projects from idea to execution, keeping timelines tight, clients happy, and visuals sharp. You'll manage creative workflows across multiple CPG clients, from onboarding through final delivery. That means running the day-to-day logistics—project timelines, task delegation, internal reviews, client communication—but also shaping content strategy, guiding visual execution, and bringing ideas to life alongside designers, photographers, and strategists. If you've got the brain of a project manager and the eye of an art director, this is your perfect hybrid. You are someone who blends project management with creative oversight, serves as a client-facing POC, keeps timelines and deliverables on track, and has enough of a creative eye to help shape and package ideas. What You'll Do Own and manage the full creative production pipeline—from kickoff to final asset delivery—for a mix of client retainers and short-term campaigns Lead client onboarding, including building timelines, creating pitch decks, and setting the tone for creative success Partner with Creative Leads to develop content strategies that are visually sharp and social-first Pitch visual concepts in client meetings and recap feedback with clarity and precision Write and maintain project timelines in Asana or Trello, ensuring everyone stays aligned and nothing falls through the cracks Translate feedback and brand strategy into actionable creative briefs for designers and content creators Track and manage creative deliverables across photo, video, and design—ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment Support product tracking, shipping logistics, and shotlist prep across multiple campaigns Proactively flag bottlenecks, scope changes, or resource needs—with solutions at the ready What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in a project management, creative production, or content-focused role (agency experience is a major plus) Strong understanding of how creative assets come to life—from concept to content An intuitive eye for design and content—you know what looks good and what makes it work Excellent time management and organizational skills; you can manage dozens of moving parts across multiple accounts Clear, confident communication skills (both written and verbal) and client-facing experience Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or others A proactive, solutions-first mindset—you catch potential issues before they happen Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with designers, photographers, strategists, and clients Bonus: Interest in CPG, food, wellness, or lifestyle brands
