IT Technical Support Responsibilities: 1. Installing new systems, equipment, or software, and performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance. 2. Participate in onboarding new customers, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to customer success. 3. Provide guidance to customers on how to use products or systems, helping them understand functionalities and features. 4. Good understanding of Product & Service. 5. Build strong relationships with key customers 6. Diagnosing and solving technical issues reported by customers. 7. Maintaining effective communication with customers to explain technical details, updates, or next steps.
