We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong UX foundation and a creative, systems-thinking mindset. This role is ideal for someone who designs with purpose — balancing structure, aesthetics, and emerging trends like AI workflows and neomorphism.

You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that every solution aligns with both business goals and user needs. This is a full-time, fully remote position.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences from early research to high-fidelity UI.
• Leverage AI-powered tools like Lovable, ChatGPT, and Vercel AI throughout the entire workflow — from wireframes to usability testing. At Singular, we don’t believe in starting manually from scratch — we work smarter, not harder.
• Lead UX research, journey mapping, and collaborative prototyping.
• Translate product goals into scalable UI systems that support accessibility and consistency.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams — developers, product owners, and clients — to validate and iterate quickly based on feedback and KPIs.

✅ Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong UX process (research, user flows, usability testing).
• Solid knowledge in designing user experiences for both web platforms and mobile applications.
• A portfolio that showcases at least one project using Neomorphism as a visual or conceptual approach.
• Experience with design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced design tools (e.g., Lovable, Vercel AI, ChatGPT).
• Familiarity with design systems, atomic design, and collaborative tools like Notion, Miro, or similar.

🌍 Language:

• Advanced or native-level English (spoken and written) — required for global team collaboration.
• Basic Spanish proficiency is preferred for working with internal team members across LATAM.
