About the Position:
Leads Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and partners with the leadership team to advise on all FP&A related activities. Reports directly to CFO
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
· Partner with the CFO, Corporate Controller, and other senior leadership to identify and execute actions that drive profitable growth, gain market share, improve operational efficiencies, and increase productivity.
· Build and develop financial models to support – Financial, cash flow, commissions, sales operations, KPI, budget & forecast, and various other reporting requirements.
· Participate and advise on future year planning and strategy activities and provide thought leadership around understanding business drivers and their impact including maintaining three-year and five-year strategic financial plan and business models.
· Support the monthly accounting close process and analyze and articulate detailed monthly financial variances.
· Prepare proactive reporting and analysis of key performance measurement indicators including critical drivers (revenue, expense, portfolio mix, and economic indices).
· Keep management appraised of financial results / issues and emerging trends.
· Partner cross-functionally to provide a breadth of insight and financial decision support (e.g., modeling for new product / sales motion, etc.).
· Provide Merger and Acquisition (M&A) due diligence support; develop financial models for strategic initiatives.
· Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement recommended solutions.
· Lead financial analysis across the organization, partnering with leadership to develop and implement strategic business plans and operating initiatives.
· Establish and report on key operational, financial, and sales metrics.
Requirements
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of formal education and work experience.
Experience:
· Minimum 5 years professional work experience in financial analyst/manager roles to include demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
· Experience working in a high growth PE backed SaaS company or similar scenarios.
· Transaction experience a plus.
Licenses, Certifications, and Screenings:
· Upon hire, must pass background screen to include employment history, college education, and license/certification verifications, and criminal check.
Knowledge:
· Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
· Strong financial modeling skills.
· Proficiency in Salesforce and Sage Intacct or similar systems desired.

Work Environment:
· On-site office environment.
· Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing, but occasionally requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
· Frequent use of computer/keyboard/mouse required.
· Must be able to lift/move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.
· Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
