</div><div><strong>Keep the Spa Booked and Busy</strong></div><div>• Call, text, and follow up with guests to fill openings<br> • Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations<br> • Encourage pre-booking and recurring appointments<br> • Help maximize therapist and esthetician schedules<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Front Desk and Guest Experience</strong></div><div>• Greet guests and create a welcoming environment<br> • Answer phones and schedule appointments<br> • Support a smooth and organized front desk operation<br> • Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><div>• 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience<br> • Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward goals<br> • Strong communication and relationship-building skills<br> • Reliable, outgoing, and team-oriented personality<br> • Comfortable using booking software and POS systems<br> • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus<br><br>
