<strong>Qualifications</strong><br>• Active Florida Esthetician License<br> • Minimum 2 years of hands-on facial experience required<br> • Strong retail sales and consultation skills<br> • Confidence recommending upgrades, skincare products, and treatment plans<br> • Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset<br> • Experience with DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, LED treatments, and professional skincare lines strongly preferred<br><br>
