<li>Educate guests on long-term skincare plans and treatment options</li>
<li>Encourage prebooking and build long-term client relationships</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and professional treatment room</li>
<li>Support the spa team in delivering an exceptional guest experience</li>
</ul><div>Successful estheticians in our spa take initiative to build their clientele through <strong>client relationships, referrals, social media, and personal outreach.<br></strong><br>

<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>

<li>Active Florida Esthetician License</li>
<li><strong>Minimum 2 years hands-on facial experience required</strong></li>
<li>Strong consultation and client communication skills</li>
<li>Confidence recommending treatments, upgrades, and skincare products</li>
<li>Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow their business</li>
</ul><div>Experience with <strong>DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, LED treatments, and retail skincare sales</strong> is highly preferred.<br><br>
