<li><strong>$18–$22/hour</strong></li>
<li><strong>Monthly KPI bonus: $500–$1,500/month (paid monthly)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Typical total earnings: $43,000–$64,000/year</strong></li>

</div><div>What You’ll Own<br><br>
</div><div>Membership Conversion + Sales Coaching<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Coach daily membership conversion and help the team improve week over week</li>
<li>Train objection-handling and closing skills</li>
<li>Drive upgrades and retail habits that lift average ticket</li>
</ul><div>Fill the Books<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Execute daily booking activity: calls, texts, follow-ups, reschedules, confirmations</li>
<li>Reduce cancellations and improve show rates through consistent follow-up</li>
<li>Maximize provider utilization and protect schedule flow</li>
</ul><div>Guest Experience + Operations<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Maintain standards: opening/closing, cleanliness, cash handling, protocols</li>
<li>Resolve guest concerns quickly, calmly, and professionally</li>
<li>Run quick daily huddles and weekly coaching check-ins</li>
</ul><div>Bonus KPIs<br><br>
</div><div>Membership conversion, appointments booked/utilization, average ticket, guest experience<br><br>
</div><div>Requirements<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>2+ years</strong> in a membership-based sales environment (spa, fitness, studio, wellness, med spa, etc.)</li>
<li>Experience coaching a team to hit sales goals</li>
<li>Organized, dependable, and comfortable with KPIs and booking/POS systems</li>
<li><strong>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred</strong></li>
