The 3 months training programme upon selection will include exposure to Retail Management, to operations of our different business locations across the country, management mentoring, knowledge building sessions, projects and assessments. The selected candidate once appointed will be responsible for the management and administration of a provincial district, with entitlement to an attractive remuneration package coupled with a monthly incentive, based on performance. Personal Profile: A minimum of 3 Years experience in Sales or Marketing. Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination. A strong extra-curricular activity record. A Degree in Business Management or a related Professional qualification will be an added advantage. Self driven and exhibit unwavering determination to lead a team to meet the business goals Possess Critical thinking & Problem-solving skills. A Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Aged below 30 years Those who apply without experience will be taken in as Trainee District Managers with a comprehensive training programme.
