About the role

Singapore Airlines is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Customer Service Agent at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad (India). What You'll Do: Assist with check-in, departures, arrivals, baggage services, and ramp handling to ensure seamless travel experiences. Work closely with our service partners to maintain flight punctuality and uphold our high standards of customer service. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols to provide a safe environment for passengers and staff. Handle administrative tasks related to flight operations, baggage management, and vendor coordination. Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance our airport services. What We're Looking For: A graduate degree from a recognized university. A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Previous experience in airport operations is an advantage. Strong customer service skills with a passion for assisting passengers. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
