Key Responsibilities:
Simulation -
- Performs Plant Simulation, Part Flow Simulation, Stagewise WIP calculation, Design of Experiments ( Planning, Conducting and Analysing design variables e.g. Temperature, federate, speed, WIP, manpower, machines, MTTR, MTBF defects, OEE) in order to attain optimum conditions
- Collects and analyses data (textual and Numerical) generated through simulation and generates the insights
Documentation -
- Maintain Change Log and Simulation request from Department
- Prepare and present simulation to relevant stakeholders and obtain stakeholder buy-in for on-ground implementation.
- Use insights to provide relevant suggestions to concerned stakeholders to realise the benefits

People Management -
- Discuss the findings and solution with respective Stakeholder and get Buy-off
- Resolves conflicts and grievances during implementation
Vendor -
- Layout planning, Material handling system, Ergonomics
Client -
- Layout planning, Cycle time, Simulation, Resource planning
