Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead the development of our products from conception to launch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. What you'll do Collaborate with product, business stakeholders and engineering teams to develop a roadmap that reflects business priorities, budget / cost, and timing Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers, designers, and analysts to ship high-quality experiences. Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.), quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) data into product requirements Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies).Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to understand the user behavior and is familiar with Analytical tools such as GA and GTM Define methods and metrics for identifying success and failure while ensuring the team is clear on their objectives. Constantly analyze the product performance against ROI, KPIs and other metrics and is driven to improve performance What you've done 4+ years of experience in product management and demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch 2+ years of experience developing growth web-based products, primarily website as an acquisition funnel, is a must-have Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, business, marketing Understanding of web system architecture for complex and highly scalable web apps Understanding of core SEO concepts Strong quantitative capabilities, and experience in using analytics platforms (GA, GTM, etc.) to understand product usability An understanding of what makes for good user experience and beautiful design. Thorough understanding of project management and agile development methodologies Strong cross-functional and team-building skills with an ability to foster creativity, innovation, and integrity within and across multicultural teams Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decisions are tied to key business drivers
