About the role

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Senior Growth Marketer to take the lead on scaling our marketing engine. This role is ideal for a growth-minded professional who thrives on experimentation, deeply understands B2B SaaS funnels, and can leverage the latest in marketing technology to unlock and accelerate growth across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution

Develop, own, and continuously iterate multi-channel growth strategies to drive top-of-funnel acquisition, mid-funnel engagement, and bottom-of-funnel conversion.

Architect full-funnel marketing programs across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led growth (PLG) channels.

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

Launch and manage targeted, ROI-driven campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and emerging B2B channels (e.g., Reddit, Quora, X).

Leverage tools like Clearbit, 6sense, or ZoomInfo for account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

Marketing Technology & Automation

Own and optimize our marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, Hotjar, Webflow, Unbounce, etc.).

Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and customer retention through email, in-app, and chat channels.

Data & Experimentation

Design and run growth experiments using A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO).

Analyze campaign performance, attribution data, and conversion funnels to uncover actionable insights and optimize CAC:LTV.

Content & SEO Strategy

Partner with content and SEO specialists to create high-impact assets that drive organic traffic and thought leadership (e.g., pillar pages, lead magnets, case studies, webinars).

Track and improve organic growth using tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Surfer SEO.

Cross-functional Leadership

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Design to align messaging, streamline the customer journey, and ensure a consistent brand experience.

Drive MQL/SQL pipeline quality through alignment with revenue teams and continuous feedback loops.

Reporting & Growth KPIs

Define, track, and report on key growth metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS, MQLs, SQLs, Retention Rates, NPS).

Create dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools like Looker, Tableau, or HubSpot Reports.

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or startup environment.

Proven success in scaling user acquisition and demand generation programs using both paid and organic channels.

Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and GTM motions, including product-led growth, ABM, and sales-assisted models.

Hands-on experience with HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Ahrefs, and SEMRush.

Strong grasp of funnel optimization, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).

Creative thinker with a bias toward action and a strong track record of hitting KPIs.

Bonus: Experience organizing or co-hosting B2B webinars, workshops, or virtual events.
