Talent Sourcer

As a Talent Sourcer at Simplify, you'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to top talent to build a strong pipeline of candidates for our open roles. You'll use a variety of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other online tools, to find and engage with potential candidates. You'll work closely with our hiring managers to understand their requirements and prioritize the most relevant candidates. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment process.
