Founding Product Designer

As a founding PD, you'll be the owner of designing the entire visual experience of Simplify to create the best possible experience for job seekers You will work closely with our product, engineering, and growth teams to convert (often early stage) ideas into designs You'll be talking to users to identify problems and turn-around elegant design solutions You'll create experiences that help hundreds of thousands of job seekers across all industries discover and land their next opportunity
