Job Type: In-office (Hyderabad) Job Summary:As a Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality,responsive websites on the Webflow platform. You will work closely with the design andproject management teams to bring creative visions to life while ensuring seamlessfunctionality across all devices and browsers. A strong understanding of web design, userexperience, and coding principles is essential. Key Responsibilities:● Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using the Webflow platform.● Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure the websitesmeet client needs and specifications.● Implement custom animations, interactions, and dynamic content to enhance userexperience.● Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all websites.● Maintain high standards of code quality, site performance, and user accessibility.● Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Webflow websites for speed, performance, andSEO.● Ensure that all sites adhere to web standards and best practices.● Assist in the migration of existing websites to Webflow from other platforms (ifapplicable).● Stay updated with Webflow features, updates, and industry trends to recommendimprovements and innovations.● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Requirements:● 1+ year of experience as a Webflow Developer or similar role.● Proficient in Webflow's visual editor and CMS.● Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.● Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first design.● Experience implementing custom animations and interactions in Webflow.● Solid understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.● Comfortable working with Webflow's CMS and eCommerce features.● Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, organized code.● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.● Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications:● Experience with integrating third-party tools and APIs (e.g., Zapier, Google Analytics,etc.) into Webflow.● Familiarity with other website-building tools (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) andfront-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).● Experience with version control systems like Git.● Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.● Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
