Treatment Coordinator Needed at Bird Rock Dental!

Bird Rock Dental is seeking an Experienced Treatment Coordinator who is a dedicated and motivated leader, for our fast-paced dental office. Our team has created a culture and commitment to creating an experience for patients that exceeds their expectations.

The candidate we are seeking must possess the following:

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
Handle multi-lined phones.
Efficiently schedule appointments, maximizing provider availability, and check patients in.
Comfortable with coordinating patient treatment and collecting copays.
Knowledge of insurance companies, benefits, and dental procedures.
Coordinate insurance benefits and financial arrangements.
Dental experience is a must.
Previous sales experience and Denticon/Carestack software knowledge preferred.

Must be a team player!
Must work hand in hand with doctors and support staff to set and accomplish goals.
