Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Silver Jewellery (Tavya)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join Tavya, our silver jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have strong retail sales experience, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to drive store performance while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium in-store experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable silver jewellery products.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively.
- Support store operations including billing, stock management, and inventory control.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Guide and support junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales (preferably jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle segment).
- Strong communication skills in English and local language (Hindi/Telugu preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of customer handling and relationship management.
- Experience in POS/billing systems and basic inventory processes.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and festive days.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of silver jewellery designs, trends, and customer preferences.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
Education:
- Minimum: Intermediate
- Graduation preferred
