At Silver Air, our Charter Sales Advisors operate in a fast-moving, high-performance sales environment where hustle, responsiveness, and relationship-building matter. We are looking for highly driven individuals with strong sales instincts, exceptional communication skills, and a competitive mindset. Previous private aviation experience is not required. If you’ve succeeded in a demanding sales environment and are motivated by growth, client relationships, and earning potential, we want to hear from you.
This is not a passive or transactional sales role. The private aviation industry moves quickly and often operates beyond traditional business hours. Success in this position requires urgency, adaptability, attention to detail, and a willingness to be highly engaged when clients need support. The right candidate thrives under pressure, enjoys solving complex problems, and brings a strong service mindset to every interaction.
This position is fully in-office Monday through Friday at our headquarters in Santa Barbara. We are primarily seeking candidates who are already local to the Santa Barbara area or fully prepared to relocate and commit to Silver Air’s commuting expectations.
For ambitious individuals looking to build a career in luxury aviation sales with uncapped earning potential, this is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative team environment with the ability to earn well over $100,000 annually through performance and growth.
Silver Air is an incredible place to work, and we invest a significant amount of time and energy into creating and maintaining a world-class company culture. The specific benefits/perks we offer are continually evolving but currently include:
