Production Workers needed in our Ft. Dodge, IA plant 

Starting wage of $21.64 per hour

What you’ll do:  

• Operate and monitor semi-automated production equipment, ensuring efficient machine operation and accurate material feeds into equipment.
• Perform palletizing tasks using semi-automated palletizer equipment, efficiently stacking finished products on pallets to meet production needs and safety standards.
• Assist with various manufacturing operations tasks, including clean-up duties, part sorting, and acting as a relief operator when necessary.
• Receive training to become a Certified Forklift Driver, Palletizer Operator, and Packaging Operator, achieving ongoing growth and development milestones within the role.
• Contribute to additional production tasks as assigned by management, helping maintain a smooth and safe manufacturing process.
