Silas Creek Rehabilitation Center is excited to welcome a new Director of Nursing focused on strengthening teamwork, improving communication, supporting staff, and creating a more positive clinical culture for both Residents and employees.
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want to be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional Resident care.
The CNA provides direct care and support to Residents while assisting the nursing team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.
CNA Responsibilities
- Assist Residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respirations as requested
- Observe and report changes in Resident condition to nursing staff
- Remind Residents to take medications and nutritional supplements as directed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Resident charts
- Support a safe, clean, and positive environment for Residents and team members
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required
- Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of North Carolina required
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and dependable work ethic
