Silas Creek is seeking a dynamic and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The CNA provides services and care for residents and patients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Recording vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff
• Reminding patients to take medications and other nutritional supplements as needed
• Checking patient vital signs each day and keeping precise records in the patient's chart

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice required.

Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Silas Creek is located in the multi-cultural city of Winston Salem, across the street from Forsyth Medical Center. We offer short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.One of our most popular attributes is our Angel Care Program. This program is designed to provide each patient and resident with a dedicated staff member, who makes regular visits to check on the well-being of your or your loved one. Each individual's 'angel' will communicate with family members on a monthly basis, and is available to speak with family members, about their loved one's care.
