</div><div>Signs of Success is seeking a <strong>Signage Designer / Project Support team member</strong> to assist our Project Management team in designing, organizing, and delivering signage projects from concept through installation.<br><br>
</div><div>This role is ideal for someone with strong design skills who wants to grow into a <strong>Project Manager / Designer role</strong> within the sign and construction industry.<br><br>
</div><div>You will work closely with senior PMs, coordinators, and production teams to turn concepts into real, buildable signage.<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Design & Drawing Support<br></strong><br>
</div><div>• Create design mockups, shop drawings, and permit drawings using Illustrator<br> • Translate architectural plans and sales concepts into clear signage layouts<br> • Prepare production-ready artwork and drawing packages<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Project Support<br></strong><br>
</div><div>• Assist Project Managers with active jobs and deadlines<br> • Help organize project files, drawings, and documentation<br> • Coordinate with production and installation teams to answer questions<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Installation & Production Preparation<br></strong><br>
</div><div>• Help ensure drawings include necessary fabrication and install details<br> • Assist in preparing install packets with complete information<br> • Verify materials, layouts, and basic mounting conditions<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Learning & Growth<br></strong><br>
</div><div>• Develop understanding of signage construction, materials, and installation<br> • Learn permitting requirements and code basics<br> • Progress toward managing your own projects over time<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><div>• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)<br> • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings<br> • Strong attention to detail and organization<br> • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment<br> • Interest in construction, fabrication, or design-build industries<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Bonus (not required):</strong><br> • Experience in signage, construction, or manufacturing<br> • Familiarity with permitting or shop drawings<br> • Bilingual Spanish/English<br><br>
