Software Engineer Front End | Remote

We're seeking a motivated Software Engineer with a passion for crafting tools and managing applications across cloud and on-premise environments. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Applied Genomics team to develop and expand our software platform, the foundation of our applications. Tackle diverse, exciting challenges, including: Managing large data sets. Navigating regulated environments. Ensuring portability and scalability. Optimizing cloud infrastructure and deployment. Note: This is an essential but not exhaustive list of duties—responsibilities may evolve with business needs. Requirements 2+ years of Software Engineering experience. Front-End Skills: Strong UI development with Angular 15+, Micro Frontend, AG Grid/Kendo UI, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Back-End Skills: Proficiency in OOP languages like Java. Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC). Scripting: Advanced skills in Bash and Python. Databases: Experience with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL. DevOps: Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in Linux and command-line tools. Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms (deployment pipelines, network config, account policies, etc.). Architecture: Proven knowledge of web technologies and microservices. Soft Skills: Curious, analytical, and a fast learner. Customer-focused, team-oriented, and self-motivated with strong ownership of tasks.
