Create content to engage consumers across the conversion funnel. Analyze data to optimize marketing strategies and drive 5x revenue growth. Collaborate on brand, product, and growth team strategies. Propose data-driven growth hacks to enhance performance. Qualifications: 5–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in financial affiliate or consumer marketing. Strong knowledge of debt settlement, credit repair, or FinTech marketing. Startup experience and or experience in fast paced teams Data-driven with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement. Preferred: SQL knowledge
