<u>SUMMARY</u> - Recognize business/sales opportunities and prospects, then present solutions in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Increase sales volume and new customer base as well as, service existing customers, and generate repeat sales. Demonstrate a professional image of the brand at all times and ask for a referral to grow the business. <br><br>
</div><div> <u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br></u>• Stop and see every business on his/her route. DON’T CHERRY PICK. Including, offices, restaurants, industrial parks, retail businesses, ALL businesses and organizations.<br>• Introduce the brand to businesses and explain the promotional materials and specials. <br>• Build rapport with potential customers. <br>• Explain versatility of the company. <br>• Introduce services provided. <br>• Bring back business card and information needed to quote potential jobs. <br>• Maintain a consistent and organized follow up system. <br>• Follow up on all leads. <br>• Accurately fill in sign layout forms and work orders. <br>• Assist in operating and managing the store when needed. <br>• Remarket areas every three months. <br>• Keep a running inventory of all stock and supplies for the marketing program. <br>• Complete in store training utilizing the following: Front counter Sales, Sign Product Training video, Key lines and the Owner’s Manual. <br>• Maintain an organized; clean and professional store appearance at all times. <br><br>

<u>QUALIFICATIONS <br></u>• Valid driver’s license<br>• Previous sales experience is preferred.<br>• Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs. <br>• Must also pass basic math and spelling tests. <br>• Possess a good understanding of sales and marketing tactics. <br>• Have excellent communication and customer service skills. <br>• Outgoing personality and willingness to work with the public on a daily basis. <br>• Outgoing, energetic and demonstrate common sense in the handling of problems. <br>• Naturally, a strong desire to work is essential, along with the respect and rapport from the Franchisee towards the representative. <br>• Ability to close sales – asking for orders and payments. <br>• Professional appearance that will be representative of the brand. <br>• Desire for strong earnings potential.<br>• Easy-going, adaptable personality, positive and team oriented disposition, quality conscious, flexibility to occasionally work overtime, calm, professional and diplomatic, presents self well, neatly dressed, well-mannered and polite. </div>
