We are looking for a detail-oriented Signage Costing Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate cost estimation, efficient project planning, and competitive pricing for a wide range of signage projects including retail signages, billboards, LED displays, and wayfinding systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for signage projects based on design and client requirements
- Calculate material costs including acrylic, metal, vinyl, LEDs, and other components
- Estimate fabrication, labor, and installation charges
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for each project
- Create and send client quotations and pricing proposals
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
- Evaluate site conditions (where required) to understand cost implications
- Optimize costing without compromising on quality and execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of signage materials and fabrication processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or design tools is a plus
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Experience:
- 1–3 years experience in signage, advertising, or fabrication industry
- Experience in costing, estimation, or project coordination roles
