Role Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Signage Designer for a full-time, on-site role in our Pune Division office. You will be responsible for transforming client briefs into impactful, functional signage and graphics. This role requires a balance of creative flair and technical precision to ensure designs are not only visually compelling but also production-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts and drafts for custom signage solutions.
Create detailed illustrations and layouts tailored to specific brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs align with material and printing specifications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Software Proficiency & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be proficient in the following industry-standard tools:
CorelDRAW: Expert-level vector creation and layout.
Adobe Illustrator: Precision vector design and typography.
Adobe Photoshop: Image editing, compositing, and mock-ups.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Typography, Layout Design, and Color Theory.
Knowledge of large-scale printing processes and signage materials.
Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
High attention to detail—ensuring "print-ready" means zero errors.
A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Salary & Compensation
We offer competitive, value-based pay structures based on your technical skill level and industry experience:
Experience Level Monthly Salary Range
Freshers ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (Final offer depends on technical test performance)
Experience (2+ Years) ₹20,000+ (Negotiable based on portfolio, Test and expertise)
