Data Analyst Trainee

We are seeking a Data Analyst who can leverage data to generate actionable insights, solve complex business problems, and support strategic decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with data engineering and data science teams to collect, clean, analyse, and visualise data using the latest tools, technologies, and AIdriven solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Continuously analyse data to identify anomalies, emerging trends, and opportunities for proactive action. • Develop interactive dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to effectively communicate insights • Write clean, well-structured, and well-documented code that aligns with team standards and ensures reproducibility. • Define, track, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate actionable insights that drive business improvement. • Collaborate with data engineering teams to enhance data quality, integrity, and accessibility. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, analytical processes, and reporting methodologies. Key Skills and Expertise: • Strong structured thinking and ability to articulate ideas clearly and logically. • Solid understanding of data structures, data visualization concepts, and analytical techniques. • Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C++ (good to have). • Strong quantitative skills in data wrangling, analysis, visualization, and data modeling. • Exposure to distributed big data processing frameworks (e.g., PySpark, Jupyter) is an advantage. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
