About the role

To install, Manage, trouble shoot MS Windows Server 200320082012 Failover Clustering Active directory, Anti virus, IIS, Service request, Incident and L1 change Management. Work in shifts (including night shift and weekends supporting international customers and domestic customers. Participate in the 24x7 shift rotation which will require overnight work depending on the shift. Drive day to day operations, implementations ensuring SLA's and customer service is not impacted. Performing Change Management and creating SOP's for tasks and providing Root Cause Analysis. Performing Incident Management, follow-up adhering closely to the ITIL management cycle. Demonstrated the ability to ensure consistent and proper communications, process, procedures, and documentation.
