Position Summary:
Supports the provision of Siffrin services by implementing fiscally sound practices for the acquisition, management and distribution of individual funds and assisting in the acquisition and continuation of maximum benefits to enhance the choices and options of persons served.
Essential Functions:
Develops plans for distribution and management of individual funds based on identified level of service need.
Works closely with the respective County Board Service Support Administrators to assure the fiscal needs of the individual are addressed in the Individual Plan of Service.
Maintains ongoing communication with the Chief Executive Officer and Administration and monitoring agency staff to assure compliance with all applicable codes, standards and mandates.
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with inter and intra-agency staff, as well as parents, guardians and stakeholders.
Participates in at least 5 hours of on-going or special training per year.
Completes other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Follows the Siffrin, Inc. Code of Ethics in the fulfillment of duties.
