About the role

We're scaling our GTM Operations team to develop and streamline operations for Sierra’s go-to-market (GTM) function as we enable every company in the world to build their own autonomous AI agents for everything from customer service to commerce. We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Lead to serve as a trusted advisor to our customer-facing teams (i.e., Agent Development and Sales). In this role, you will collaborate closely with our broader go-to-market (GTM) team to develop and streamline operations. Responsibilities include leading revenue, compensation, headcount planning, and quarterly forecasts for GTM, as well as building attribution and propensity models to help predict and understand demand and customer flows. What You'll Bring: 5-7+ years of experience in SaaS pricing, sales, marketing, and operations Strong SQL ability Strong understanding of developing GTM operations using data-driven decision-making Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience Even better... Expert knowledge of Salesforce Experience in partnerships and business development roles Familiarity with AI or conversational AI technologies Previous 0-1 startup or fast-paced environment experience.
