AWS Infra Developer Company: Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Research & Development Role Overview Siemens is seeking an experienced AWS Infra Developer to design, implement, and manage automated cloud and on-premise infrastructure. This role emphasizes Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, cloud-native services, and maintaining highly available SaaS environments. Key Responsibilities Build automated infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for cloud and on-prem platforms. Improve deployment, operations, cost optimization, and monitoring processes. Implement and manage CI/CD tools supporting Dev, QA, and production workflows. Contribute to infrastructure strategy, planning, and maintenance. Maintain highly available global SaaS environments per service-level agreements. Support incident handling for high-severity network events. Required Skills & Technologies 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS DevOps services. Proficient in: EC2, ELB/ALB, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, ECS/Fargate, CloudWatch. Strong in Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for IaC. Deep understanding of networking (TCP, DNS, Routing, NAT, VPN, Firewalls). Experience with Docker, GitLab, GitLab CI, PostgreSQL, IAM, Redis. Familiar with certificates, key management, secrets, VPC, security groups. Comfortable with Linux systems and monitoring/logging tools. Preferred Qualifications B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in managing scalable, secure cloud environments.
