Process Associate

As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for the following: - Develop and implement efficient process improvements to enhance productivity and quality - Analyze process data and identify areas for optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes - Document and maintain standard operating procedures - Provide training and support to process team members - Identify and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field - 2-5 years of experience in process improvement or manufacturing operations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies
