About the role
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly interfaces for our products and services. You will work closely with the product team to understand the user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Responsibilities include:- Conducting user research and analysis to identify pain points and design opportunities- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with the overall product vision- Continuously iterating and improving designs based on user feedback and data insights- Staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices. Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite- Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand user needs and translate them into effective designs- Experience in working with agile development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
