Represent Siemens Gamesa at industry hiring events. What You Bring 4–7 years of hands-on recruiting experience, especially in the manufacturing/engineering sector. Proven ability to hire for engineering and manufacturing roles. Master's degree with strong initiative and independence. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in ATS and digital sourcing platforms. Adaptability during organizational transitions and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.
