Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support our Human Resources team in the recruitment process. Your main responsibilities will include posting job openings, screening and evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the onboarding of new hires. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and help develop effective recruiting strategies. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
