IT Contract Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Contract Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating IT-related contracts with vendors and suppliers. You will work closely with the procurement and legal teams to ensure that contracts are aligned with business requirements and that the terms and conditions protect the company's interests. Responsibilities include: - Reviewing and negotiating IT-related contracts with vendors and suppliers - Monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with agreed terms - Identifying and managing contract risks and issues - Collaborating with stakeholders to define contract requirements and service level agreements - Maintaining a contract repository and reporting on contract status - Driving continuous improvement in the contract management process Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT contract management or procurement - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Familiarity with IT infrastructure and services - Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations - Proficiency in contract management software and tools
