About the role

We are looking for a multifaceted, strategic, and results-driven Global Marketing & Communications Manager to lead marketing and communications initiatives across Southeast Asia, India, and China. This role will be pivotal in performing and aligning marketing and communication strategies to elevate our brand presence, drive engagement, and improve the customer experience in these key markets. You will work with global and regional teams to create impactful, targeted content, handle external and internal communications, and support business growth across the region. Your work will directly support leadership, sales teams, and local market needs, ensuring a unified and compelling brand message that resonates with diverse audiences How You'll Make an Impact Serve as the regional point of contact for content creation, working alongside the distributed team to develop impactful, market-relevant materials (press releases, case studies, social media posts, videos, presentations, etc.) that reflect the company's objectives and priorities. Own the planning and execution of regional and local events, ensuring that both internal and external events align with the company's global strategy. Act as a brand ambassador at these events, ensuring consistent messaging and a positive representation of the company. Supervise the region's presence on digital platforms, including social media, internal communication platforms, and digital channels. Maintain consistent engagement and prioritize content and communication. Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and generate demand through targeted online channels. Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure flawless communication and alignment between global strategies and local market execution. Cultivate the company's values and vision in all regional initiatives. Ensure the company's brand is accurately represented across all communication channels and platforms in the region, maintaining global consistency while adapting to local market needs. Lead and support crisis communication efforts for the region, ensuring swift, effective, and coordinated responses to media inquiries, internal communications, and reputation management. What You Bring Undergraduate degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 15 - 18 years of experience in global marketing and communications, with a focus on Southeast Asia, India, or China. Proven experience in developing and driving marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, across multiple channels. Strong background in crafting and curating content, including press releases, social media posts, blogs, and multimedia. Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, social media engagement, and the ability to demonstrate digital tools for maximum impact.
