Our culture encourages creativity, welcomes fresh thinking, and focuses on growth, so our people, our business, and our customers can achieve their full potential. The Product Manager (PM) plays a pivotal leadership role in maximizing the value delivered by product teams. As a leader, the PM fosters a product-centric culture, guiding cross-functional teams toward delivering impactful solutions aligned with strategic goals. The PM is responsible for creating repeatable, scalable content that communicates product concepts and drives adoption across all customer segments. This includes thought leadership in areas such as Continuous Delivery (CD), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud deployments, and Container management and delivery, ensuring the product strategy is informed by deep technical understanding and market trends. As a product management leader, the PM: Defines and communicates the product vision and strategy, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs. Champions the voice of the customer, translating insights into actionable product features and enhancements. Leads backlog prioritization, ensuring a healthy mix of feature and enabler stories that reflect product priorities and strategic direction. Mentors and influences team members, promoting best practices in agile product development and continuous improvement.
