Role Description
We are seeking a Siebel Technical Admin for a full-time remote position. The role involves overseeing and managing Siebel applications, performing system configurations, monitoring system performance, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. The Siebel Technical Admin will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and providing technical support to team members and stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals will be an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills, including managing Siebel application configurations, system performance, and technical system enhancements
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and administrative assistance to ensure operational tasks are executed efficiently
- Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing to support system-related financial operations
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical system issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience working with Siebel CRM systems is highly desirable
